What we're looking for
Looking for THE Head of Sales to join our core team and build the single source of truth for the financial world. In this role, you will build & sell the platform that is completely changing an industry. The Trullion platform establishes a universal language to allow companies to quantify the value of their business, and provides a unified view for CFOs, Accountants & Auditors alike. We are backed by Aleph (Michael Eisenberg), Greycroft (Brentt Baltimore), and financial executives from SAP, Ernst & Young, AirBnB and Dropbox.
Responsibilities
Own, recruit and partner with the existing team on the execution of the following areas:
- Business Development: Manage SDR Process & Team.
- Lead our team of 3 SDRs (currently) to optimized lead qualification and SQL development.
- Generate demand via outbound channels to meet overall SQL targets.
- Channel Development: Expand Strategic Partnership Relationships.
- Leverage our strategic relationships with leading services firms (Big 4, CFO Advisory Firms, Auditors) to expand footprint within these partners.
- Partner closely with marketing team for joint content & events.
- Identify new partner targets to expand our channel ecosystem.
- Account Executive: Close Deals Efficiently.
- First 90 Days. Player-coach. Close pipeline while building AE motions.
- Beyond 90 Days. Define plan for ability to close and ARR targets for next 1 year, including budget, hiring plan and cross-vertical strategy (think: channels, geographies, industries...)
- Sales Operations: Build the structure.
- Reporting. Develop clear reporting strategy, metrics & KPIs for all sales channels. (Own)
- Infrastructure. Determine systems and workflows required for end-to-end funnel. We currently have Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach & ZoomInfo installed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience as a proven sales leader in B2B SaaS
- Successfully sold to financial and/or accounting leaders.
- Rock Star.
